FOUNDER: BEYONCÉ KNOWLES-CARTER

Mrs. Carter is a multi-hyphenate global entertainer, who is also the Chairwoman of her company, Parkwood Entertainment, the creator of the clothing brand, IVY PARK, and the founder of BeyGOOD, her philanthropic entity established in 2013.

She rose to fame in the ’90s as a member of Destiny’s Child, the award-winning girl group from her hometown, Houston, Texas. Her solo career, which started in 2003 with her debut album, Dangerously In Love, was the first step in a multi-platinum and record-breaking solo ascension that is constantly innovating and boundary-pushing. Six albums followed that, adding to her wins and culture-shifting ways. B’DAY (2006), I Am…Sasha Fierce (2008), 4 (2011), Beyoncé (2013), Lemonade (2016), and RENAISSANCE (2022).

Today, she has a record-setting 88 Grammy nominations with 28 wins, the most for any woman artist. In addition, she has earned nine nominations in 2022, eight for her work with her seventh studio album and one for co-writing “Be Alive” for the Academy-Award-winning film, “King Richard.”

Ivy McGregor has traveled the globe advocating for marginalized people, developing partnerships, and implementing meaningful programs and systems that address the intersectionality of equity. She has championed education through scholarships, internships, and fellowship opportunities. Ms. McGregor has led efforts to provide relief to those impacted by natural disasters and curated solutions for those facing food, water, and housing insecurity. She oversees one of Mrs. Carter's notable legacy programs, the Black Parade Route, which supports economically challenged small businesses globally.

As a dynamic speaker, Ms. McGregor has graced world stages to inspire audiences on the impact of GOOD. From colleges and universities to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, to Wealth Management Philanthropy programs at UBS and Goldman Sachs. Ms. McGregor's voice, unmatched work ethic, passion for people, and dedication to EQUITY are recognized and respected throughout the United States and from Hamburg, Germany, to Johannesburg, South Africa.
