Jenna missed out on university as she landed the part of Jasmine Thomas in Emmerdale in 2005, although she did get to experience life with roommates after moving in with fellow Emmerdale actress Julia Mallam, who played Dawn Woods.

During her time on the soap Jenna-Louise was nominated for a whole slew of awards including ‘Best Newcomer,’ ‘Best Actress,’ ‘Sexiest Female’ and ‘Best Dramatic Performance’ at the British Soap Awards.

Her Emmerdale On-Set best friends were Charley Webb and Hayley Tamaddon who play Debbie and Delilah Dingle.

For all you computer game fans you might recognise Jenna-Louise’s voice in the 2011 fantasy action video game Xenoblade Chronicles, as she plays the character Melia.
