What is the new crown antigen te...

We're going to go over exactly how you should go about testing Rapid antigen nasal swab with each of these tools and templates.

Make sure that you read the instructions that come with your antigen self-test kit, including all the precautions.

Be sure to read the instructions carefully and follow the instructions and requirements in order to produce quality samples and accurate results.

The ingredients of a chemical reaction

Ensure that the self-test reagents for immunity cards are within their shelf life, and discard any nasal swabs, sampling tubes, and test cards that are broken or missing. Place the test card on a flat surface after removing the packaging.

If you notice the reagents are out of date or any labels are damaged, you should refill or replace them as soon as possible.

Cleanliness should be a top priority for any food service establishment. Dishwashers are not always effective in reaching all the areas that need to be washed and hand-washing is necessary to ensure safe, quality food.

The best way to get rid of germs is by washing your hands with running water and soap for twenty seconds. Alternatively, you can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer such as Purell or the local brand near you.

Specimen Collection

This is a nasal swab. To collect it, the individual blows the nose and holds the swab inside for about two seconds.

Carefully unpack the packaged nasal swab, making sure not to touch the swab head.

When using a cotton swab to collect a nose sample, the person being sampled should tilt their head slightly. The tester should hold the end of the swab with one hand and gently insert it into one side of the nostril. Slowly move it along the bottom of the nasal passage for 1-1.5 cm then rotate it against the nasal cavity for 4 turns (for 15 seconds). Then use the same swab on to other side of the nose.

In order to self-test, you'll need to complete a few things. First, you should read the video and follow the pictures in the illustration. You can then simply test yourself by following these steps:

The antigen detection test is based on ELISA.

To collect a nasal swab sample, the swab should be inserted into the tube's tip and rotated for 30 seconds. It should then be squeezed for 5 times before it is left for one minute. The swab should then be discarded, sealed in a bag, and collected to preserve the purity of the sample.

Put a cap, or cork, onto the sample reservoir tube and add 3-4 drops of your sample to the test hole of your test card.

Wait for 15-20 minutes for your results to be interpreted. You can read the reagent instructions if you want to know what's going on.

Interpretation of results

If a results at "C" is red and you see a red band at "T," that's considered a positive result. The color of the band at "T" can be dark or light, both are positives.

Negative result: red band at "C," no band at "T."

Invalid result: As long as the red band is not shown at "T", regardless of whether the band is shown at "C", the result is invalid, and the reagent should be changed and retested.

When is the self-test result valid?

A positive antigen test.

If that sample contains an antigen, it's suspected of being a new coronavirus infection and should be reported immediately and isolated and treated according to prevention and control regulation.

Name of disease: the patient tested negative for the antigen.

We found no signs of neo-coronavirus in this sample. However, a negative result can't indicate that you don't have the virus, so we recommend that you submit fresh samples for another round of testing.
